Fugly or Fabulous? Reception Red
I have a reception to go to soon, and I need to look halfway cleaned-up. I want to do something other than the LBD (Little Black Dress) because it's my and everybody else's default. Here's something not too expensive, and it has a bit of a retro vibe. Thoughts? Love it or loathe it?

It may be a bit 'Sweet Sixteen' but that can easily be remedied with accessories. I say go for it.
Yep, I was thinking about accessories ... and hair ... and makeup.
