Nerd News: College Admission Bias and Asian-American Students

This isn't the first time, and it won't be the last.  When confronted with those "identify your race" survey questions, I always refuse to mark anything.

    Nah. As long as they say "either white or Asian Americans", then it's not racism.

    Pretty much, right? As a South African friend of mine never tires of telling me, under apartheid Asians were classified as "honorary whites."
