Kitchen Notes: A Taiwanese Eatery in New York
The
New York Times
isn't worth reading for its silly "news" coverage, but it still has some good restaurant profiles.
Here's a place
I didn't know about -- it serves Taiwanese goodies, including pork belly in a
bao
-- so good.
