Naughty Or Nice? "Die Hard" As Christmas Movie

Ace thinks the iconic Bruce Willis action flick is indeed a Christmas movie, and I'm inclined to agree!  While we're at it, Iron Man 3 is set at Christmas too.  Would I rather watch these movies than yet another round of It's A Wonderful Life?  YOU BETCHA.

In Jamieson's article, he ponders whether George Bailey would face criminal charges over the lost deposit and says a prosecutor told him Bailey would. Civil and statutory liability seem given, but I don't know that Uncle Billy losing the deposit qualifies for criminal liability, unless involuntary loss is covered by the NY penal code.
