I love traditional papercutting -- even silhouettes. (There's something oddly engaging about the stark simplicity of a black-on-white profile, and sometimes it seems as though you "see" an expression that tells you something about the subject. Or perhaps I'm a skosh fanciful...)
But I love this building of layers full of tendrils and filigree -- and the Edward Scissorhands piece is truly wonderful.
