I Love the Smell of Patton in the Morning
... smelled like ... victory. Check out the Army's new official cologne. And NO, it apparently doesn't smell, as Patton's nickname would have you believe, like blood and guts. According to the ad copy, it smells like "a woodsy blend of lavender, citrus, coconut, cedar, sage, tonka bean, bergamot, [and] lime." Heh. One can only imagine what Patton would say!

A true manly cologne would smell of diesel fuel, gunpowder, and beef jerky.
Actually, that would work for women's perfume, too.
I'm more thinking smoky barbecue with a hint of microbrewed beer, myself.
