"No Longer Even 'Leading From Behind'"

The ongoing mess in Libya.

A President with super human skills in diplomacy and who truly wanted to lead from behind, would have helped these countries, who are willing to fight apparently, to band together and tackle a common threat.

It is one thing to say you want other countries to deal with their own, and their neighbors, problems but a leader realizes this doesn't just happen on it own. You have to enable it.

Bush was incredibly unpopular both at home and abroad but he was able to get a large number of countries to sacrifice their own young men to help us. You think it would be easier to get countries together to help themselves.
