Hey, Italy! Aren't you just a little bit late? I mean, goodness, that devastating volcanic eruption was in 79 AD.
I'm only kidding: the Italian government is declaring a state of emergency for the current archaeological site of Pompeii, because the whole place is falling apart. It's appalling, really.
