Some Aussie environmentalists have a really quirky idea about how to save the world. I wonder what the animal rights people will say! Heck, I wonder what the kangaroos have to say.
UPDATE: I actually did find some real recipes for kangaroo. There's actually a sizeable number of them. Oh, my! And -- er -- I am NOT filing this under "MM in the Kitchen." Namely because 'roo meat isn't available in Nerdworld.

I had kangaroo steak in wine sauce a few years ago during a trip to Aus. Mmm. Tasted just like koala!
